tcp card not working

     I purchased a Total Care Program card from an authorized dealer to update our MaxiSys MS906 device.  I have tried unsuccessfully to register the card online.  I tried calling the 855 phone number for help and was on hold and then received a call back.  That fellow said he had to transfer me.  I was put on hold, listening to a "operators are busy, press * to leave a message."  I pressed *, nothing happened.  

    I emailed Autel support.  I received an email back from a Lana Yu with instructions on how to register the card, and if it still did not work to reply with screen shots of the error message as well as pictures of the card.  I did that and I still have not heard anything back.  I forwarded the email info to ussupport@autel early this morning and I still am not hearing ANYTHING!   

    Support?  What support?

     It turns out my parts vendor supplied us with the wrong update card for my device and was not a fault of Autel.  However, I wish they could have informed me of that 2 days ago.
